Moodle
Moodle is an open source learning management system for educators to create their own private learning space. Moodle is very easy for teachers and students to use.
Someone with extensive technical knowledge needs to set it up for the teachers to use. Once set up, it can be a great tool.
Edstar Analytics can set up a moodle for your use, and host it for you. This is much less expensive compared to other Learning Management Systems because of the fact that the code is open source.
